Karin

And a very good evening listeners. My name is Karin McLennan and I’m here with Anthony Rockminster tonight, and we’re here to discuss consciousness in relation to expanded consciousness and the change which we’re experiencing in the planet as you’re all very aware of. So we’re going to start this evening with some Rumi. We thought that would be really, really nice to set the scene with some Rumi. So I’m going to hand over a second to Anthony. Just in case you’re wondering, I’m from New Zealand, I’m from our capital Wellington, and Anthony is from London, and we’re coming to you live from New York. Anthony, you ready with the Rumi?

Anthony

Yeah, Karin, I’m just milling through the book of Rumi poetry right now and choosing something that I think would be appropriate for our listeners tonight. I have bookmarked the page and I seem to let it sit around. So we’re just finding that now. I found the page, that’s page 74. Okay, and I thought it was very appropriate this short but sweet text called tending to shops. Don’t run around this world looking for a hole to hide in. There are wild beasts in every cave. If you live with mice, the cat claws will find you. The only real rest comes when you’re alone with God. Live in the nowhere that you came from, even though you have an address here. That’s why you see things in two ways. Sometimes you look at a person and see a cynical snake. Someone else sees a joyful lover and you’re both right. Everyone is half and half, like the black and white ox. Joseph looked ugly to his brothers and most handsome to his father. You have eyes that see from that nowhere, and eyes that judge distances. How high and how low. You own two shops and you run back and forth. Try to close the one that’s a fearful trap, getting always smaller. Checkmate, this way, checkmate that way. Keep open the shop where you’re not selling fish hooks anymore. You are the free swimming fish.

Karin

I almost got there. I almost got there at the end. Oh my gosh. Anthony, that was beautiful. And I’m really curious, why is it that you were drawn to that particular poem for tonight, for this evening, given that our discussion is on expanded consciousness?

Anthony

Well, that particular poem seemed to jump out of me as it’s relative to my life at the moment. Now, just to tell listeners out there, I’m actually a life coach. I am running workshops to expand people’s consciousness through exercises and through them exploring themselves inwardly. This particularly jumped out at me as I find myself hiding sometimes and thinking some places are easier to hide than others, and that if I delve into a certain place into a cave, that I think there may be no animals hiding, no darkness, that there is. There is always something there wherever I try to hide, there is something there that comes back at me in life whenever I turn away from the light, there’s something that comes up and challenges me. So why am I doing that to myself? Why are we as a planet doing that to ourselves? Of turning away from what we know is a way forward.

Karin

So what is it that you think that we’re turning away from? I think the answer’s pretty obvious and I think our listeners will get it as well. But why don’t you tell us a little bit more about what it is that we’re hiding from? What it is that we’re turning our back to?

Anthony

We’re turning our back to ourselves. We’re hiding from ourselves.

Karin

And so what do you mean by ourselves? That’s pretty cryptic with what you’ve just said there. That doesn’t really make any sense.

Anthony

Well, when I say from ourselves, from our ultimate power, from our God within, from our energy, from what we have forgotten. What we have chosen to forget.

Karin

And why is it that we’ve chosen to forget this?

Anthony

Because it’s so profound and so scary that we’re conditioned, we’ve been conditioned to turn away from that. I’m trying to be serious. But I’m not serious at heart. This is very difficult for me to try to be. So I’m going to stop trying to be serious. And just tell you that, yeah, I believe it’s within us, what we’re hiding from ultimately. What we believe about ourselves. Our ultimate power.

Karin

That’s interesting. I mean, in terms of consciousness, how does that relate to the power within or the changes that we’re going through on a planetary basis? So I have a few questions related to that. And I wonder, is nature becoming more conscious? Are the animals becoming more conscious? And what about our great mother? I mean, you know, you can jump on the internet and do any type of Google search on the ascension or, you know, what’s happening with the end of the Aztec, Toltec and Mayan calendars. So there’s always been this understanding that something’s going to happen around 2012. So I’m referring to 2012. And it has been said that our mother, our beautiful lady Gaia is going to shift from the present day third dimensional consciousness into fifth dimensional consciousness. Now I don’t understand this. But I think if we look around us in the world today, we can’t dispute the fact that the frequency and occurrence of natural disasters are increasing. The type of civil conflict, the protracted conflicts that are taking place in the world today, most notably in the Middle East and Africa, they’re also changing as well. They’re less cross-border, they’re more kind of internal, they’re more national disputes. But things are changing, things are heating up. So I think it’s very interesting to consider what is it that we’re going through individually and collectively with the planet on our own together and what’s really happening. So that relates very much to turning away from that within in this quest for meaning. And that’s essentially man’s greatest search for existential knowledge about meaning.

Anthony

That’s right, Karin. In my opinion, we are all in the same boat. We’re all on this boat on a beautiful journey and we’re all trying to navigate to go where we want to go. And the destination is unknown. Every morning we wake up and we think the same thoughts, we say the same things, we walk the same way to work, we take the same train, we eat the same food. Where are we allowing ourselves to grow? Where are we giving ourselves the opportunity to expand? In order to expand, we need to step outside of ourselves, outside of where our comfort zone, of where we know, of what we know.

Karin

Let’s get real here Anthony. Who’s got time to change? Who’s got time to do this? Who’s got time to look within? I mean that’s another conundrum of today’s society. It’s not like I can check out of my life, sit in a monastery, stare at a wall and discover the truth within. You know, even I know with my present day job I am allowed to have three weeks annual leave. I mean that’s not enough time to achieve enlightenment. To be able to go to a monastery and spend a decent amount of time. So there’s obviously there’s a great amount of personal commitment and sacrifice that’s really needed.

Anthony

Well let me stop you there. In order to expand, in order to be enlightened, to make that step, there isn’t a certain way that we need to go. It’s specific for everybody. Going to a monastery is perhaps what you’ve been told or maybe believed. But there are many ways. There is only one path, but there are many ways. All rivers lead to the ocean. In that way of being we can all expand just by living our everyday lives. But noticing, tuning into a different frequency. Because this shift in consciousness that’s happening is very subtle, it’s very gradual. It’s like the leaves on a tree from autumn to winter, from spring to summer. It’s a gradual change. It’s a coloration. It’s something that grows day by day.

Karin

So can you help me to understand what does it mean to be conscious or what is it that you think that we’re experiencing? What is really happening to people today? What’s going on? So I think it would be really useful to hear a little bit more about what you think becoming conscious or waking up actually is.

Anthony

Well, I have an interesting quote actually from a book, The Esoteric Path to a New Life by Vernon Howard. And the exact question is raised. What is an awakened man like? And the answer that was so beautifully put here was we could talk about it for hours. But I will mention one characteristic of an awakened man. Having the courage to examine his own nature, he understands the nature of other people. At a single glance, he knows the psychological history of any man or woman he meets. This makes him very wise and practical in his relations with friends and strangers. No one can deceive him, for only a self-deceived man can be deceived by others. His knowledge of human nature is a thousand miles above that of ordinary psychology. Because of this, he is the only kind of man who can really guide human beings out of the jungle. But he also knows that the vast majority of human beings have no intention of ever leaving the jungle. He helps only those who want out, not those who want to argue. And for me, that’s so apt of today’s society, of people not wanting to be led out of the jungle, of people wanting to be in the comfort zone. Because who wants to leave the jungle? The jungle has McDonald’s. The jungle has everything we want, everything supersized, everything shiny. The jungle has designer clothes and designer cars and beautiful homes and everything we want. So why would you want to leave that jungle to go to a place that you can live beyond your wildest dreams? When you can live a lie. Why would people want that? Why would people want to go into a new reality?

Karin

I mean, I know that change is something that we all resist. It’s just one of those fundamental principles of life. We dig our heels in and we really resist change. But if I’m hearing you correctly, then what you’re saying is that we can leave this behind. Yet there’s an even greater kingdom, so to speak, or jungle, that awaits us. So I mean that also takes a lot of personal perseverance and sacrifice. I mean there’s a lot of addictions in life. And we become addicted to the money we’re making, the lifestyle we’re living, the food we’re eating, the clothes we’re wearing, the people we’re relating to, the drugs we’re taking, and so on and so on. So it’s my understanding, from what I’m kind of ascertaining to what you’re saying, that there really needs to be a period of internal cleansing as well. One does need to kind of let go of all of that and then walk in a new direction, and that’s not easy.

Anthony

No, it’s not easy, but nothing is that has a gift on the other side.

Karin

I guess I can relate this to my own yoga practice. And you know, it’s pretty awful when you first start doing yoga. Your body’s hurting. You’re feeling like you’re the most stiff person on the planet. And you know, it’s really hard work. But the fitter you get, the stronger you get, the more flexible you become, the more you commit to your practice. And then yes, then you find those sweet fruits, those pleasures along the way that it takes a long time. So it’s like anything, as you say, in the beginning it’s really not so fun, but then we can find those wonderful gifts.

Anthony

But also it’s supposed to be fun. It is supposed to be fun. It’s supposed to be great, it’s supposed to be inspiring. We are able to live a life of dreams. Suffering is man-made. Suffering and famine and disease are man-made. We’re living in a world where we’re creating whatever we want to create.

Karin

Right.

Anthony

And we’re noticing that we can create what we want to create with our minds by thinking it.

Karin

Listen, I mean, I can’t really relate to what you’re saying about disease and famine, but the one thing that does come to mind is that it is said that what’s happening across the globe in terms of global warming and global climate change is just a mere reflection of our minds, where we are at in terms of our collective consciousness. I mean, I can kind of really relate to that or understand that or feel that, but I wonder, I don’t know if you want to head in this direction with this conversation, but I’m not really feeling it when you say that we’re creating this disease and famine. I mean, where does that come from?

Anthony

What do you really mean with that? Well I mean exactly what I said, when we think something, it becomes it.

Karin

But we didn’t think of HIV AIDS and it became it. Where did that come from? So that’s what I’m saying, what’s the logic there?

Anthony

Okay, so that’s a specific disease which again was discovered by man, wasn’t here before as we knew it before man arrived. So where did that come from? Man. Where was it discovered? On earth by man. Everything that’s here is created by us. It is part of the universe. We’re all one. There is nothing that isn’t us. We create this.

Karin

Okay, now I understand your perception and why you’re saying this. So okay, that’s good. That’s good. So let’s go back to consciousness and expanded consciousness because I actually think you can start to see it around you if you have the eyes to see it or if you start to open your eyes.

Anthony

Well, we all have the eyes. It’s whether we use them.

Karin

That’s true. I mean, I’m actually thinking of an experience that you and I had recently on the Metro. Maybe you want to talk about this experience we had. It was actually at Times Square. And late at night in Times Square it can be pretty crazy sometimes with the buskers, you’ve got the Scientologists, you’ve got the other Christians that are promoting their wares, you’ve got beggars, you’ve got performers, break dancers. You know, it was late on a Saturday night and there was a woman who was singing.

Anthony

That was right. Yeah, it was a while ago now. Was this the blonde woman?

Karin

That’s the blonde woman, yeah.

Anthony

That was an amazing experience and we were actually talking previously to meeting her about expansion in consciousness, about a shift in the universe of people waking up. And that’s what this is really about, about waking up, about seeing something different. And this woman was singing, she was singing, I can’t remember the exact words of the song, but I love you all. She was singing I love you all. I’m open up and I love you all. And I remember Karin, you looked at her and like she was crazy and I turned and said to you, she’s awake, she’s just awoken. And it was a very profound moment. She had this amazing beautiful energy that was magnetizing us towards her to reason. She literally put her arms around us and started walking with us. And a child ran towards her. This little child, this little baby, and let go of his mother’s hands and ran towards her and looked at her like she was an iconic figure.

Karin

That was really amazing. I mean children get it. I mean, you know, it was a sweet innocent little African boy that yeah, took one look at her singing because she never spoke with us, she sang the whole time and it was all about opening up and life and open to life and it was incredible. And I’ll be honest, I thought my god, who’s this mad woman in the metro. I mean she was actually a very talented singer so she was captivating in that way as well. And you know, I just thought ah another loony, whatever. But it was actually Anthony, you got it straight away and you were really drawn to her. And from watching you and kind of opening up, I too could see that yeah, she was having some type of spiritual experience. It was wild, and I think that there’s probably a lot of people amongst us that are having these spiritual awakenings or breakthroughs, or they’re starting to get it.

Anthony

Exactly. It’s a direct connection with ourselves, with God within, with the universe, with the source of energy, with the stars, with the planet, with infinity. It’s connecting to the full circle of who we are. And when we tap into that, we will know. We will have this feeling of peace, of ecstasy, of completely feeling like everything makes sense. Of completely just feeling drunk on life. Of feeling completely high and energetic. And seeing past the illusion of what we see, and seeing that there’s something behind everything else. That life isn’t actually what we see anymore. There’s something beyond that. And I’m starting to meet a lot of people and experiencing myself that there’s something beyond, there is. We know there’s something beyond everything. But to actually be able to physically sense that day-to-day, when we come up against occurrences that we believe are threatening or are negative, that are actual responses from the universe that we’ve asked for, that are showing us how we can become closer to ourselves. When we open our arms and accept it, because that’s the conditions of being this way, of actually being open. You can’t close to it. Once you do, you’re in darkness. Once you know that there is this within us, it’s about keeping that doorway open and letting it come through you, come through us, and realize that it’s not for you, it’s for everybody. That’s why this is happening. To unify the world, to bring us together in such a dysfunctional, fragmented, compartmentalized world, we realize that when we completely become one with ourselves around us, everything starts to become one. And as a world that is in the process of happening now, we are beginning to become one and realize that within each other we see ourselves. And we’re not different at all. We are one. We are the same beings with the same feelings and the same thoughts and the same diseases, the same hangups.

Karin

The same fears.

Anthony

The same fears.

Karin

The same thoughts, the same insecurities. No, that’s very interesting, Anthony, because I too see that when you start to perhaps have the ambition, start to take those steps out along the path, along the way, then there’s this very delightful kind of synchronicity that starts to kick in. And you start to see how life is so beautiful and it lovingly supports us every step of the way, and that things start to happen in the most beautiful manner. It’s just extraordinary. I mean, I’d be really interested to hear from anybody that’s out there, if there really is anybody that’s listening into this conversation this evening. But the phone number is 877-207-8714. And we’d love to hear from you. We’d love to hear what you have to share with us about opening up, what you’re seeing in the world, or what your thoughts are on consciousness and expanded consciousness. 2012, planetary evolution, and the evolution of the human species. We’d love to hear from you. So that number one more time, Anthony, do you want to call it?

Anthony

So yeah, if you have those experiences, call in now listeners on 877-207-8714. That’s 877-207-8714. And as I said, these experiences are happening to more and more people. And what tends to happen is people have these experiences and they freak out. And they freak out, they’ve seen a sign, something’s happened to them and it starts off with, oh, I was just thinking of you and you called me. Oh my God, that’s freaky. And then to you know, you were you were thinking of ordering a pizza and a pizza delivery guy just turns up out of the blue at your door. How do you explain things like that? You know, people are freaking out about crazy things that are happening. I mean, I personally, I didn’t have a pizza delivery guy at my door. That would be something that would be quite cool. Because right now I’m quite hungry. So one of those freaky incidents probably would be perfect for me right now. It’s about letting go, as you said Karin, of the past, of our judgments, of our beliefs, of who we think we are and actually letting ourselves just be something else, something more and realizing that we are greater than we think we are. So if there are any listeners out there, any callers tonight, please let yourself be known. Otherwise we will continue to express our our thoughts and experiences. So Karin, have you had a specific experience that you recall that that you would put into this category of of awakening?

Karin

Oh crikey mate, talk about putting me on the spot. Wow, mamma mia. Yeah, actually I have. It was quite a few years ago and I was living in a Zen monastery in Japan. It was a beautiful little monastery that I found through… Oh my God, just the craziest of experiences, you know, talking about synchronicity. Traveling through India, living in different ashrams, studying yoga, meeting people. Cutting to the chase, a whole sequence of beautiful and interrelated events led me to this gorgeous place. But I was, gosh I was 22. I was a baby. And I was in a place where I wasn’t feeling a lot of love for myself. I was feeling pretty confused about life and the world. And yeah, I was literally, I mean I’m from New Zealand, I was feeling like a lost sheep. Honestly, a bit of a black sheep at that. And I was so fortunate to find this amazing place with an extraordinary teacher. And blessings to you Roshi Sama. You’re incredible. I know you’re not tuning in. Oh. Oh my gosh. I’ve lost it. Is this one still working? Yeah, okay, my phone’s out now. We’re just down to one phone, don’t know what happened there. But anyway, so I was walking through the monastery one day, and it was after a particularly long period of looking within, taking the Buddhist teachings, and practicing zazen. And so I was in the monastery and yeah, I was walking through the graveyard one day. I don’t know, it was just one of those feelings where I looked up and I was looking at the sky. And it’s one of those feelings like you’re looking at a beautiful scene in nature or a rainbow or something, but it was at that moment, and I remember it so brilliantly because it was at that second where for the first time in my life I felt connected, a real part of life. It was the first time ever, and so for me that was a major breakthrough. And it turned my life 180 degrees. It was extraordinary, and my life has never been the same since. It was really amazing. So Anthony, I would ask the same of you. Have you ever had an experience that was completely life-changing or you know, you felt expanded consciousness?

Anthony

Thanks Karin. Yeah, I feel as if I’ve had many. I feel that every moment is a life changing moment. Is an expansion of consciousness. There are specific moments that I hold on to, that I categorize as those pivotal points. And there were many as a child that I felt I’ve dismissed and that are coming back now into my consciousness that were so amazing and enlightening. And yet, as a child, you dismiss those because that’s how life is. And now as I’m growing older, I realize that the way a child thinks, the way I thought, is the perfect way of seeing the world. Without judgment, without prejudice, without fear. And the other day actually I saw this girl. I was just having my lunch in Union Square. And there was this big dog, and I thought that’s a scary dog. I’m not usually afraid of dogs, but it was a big scary dog. And I was having my lunch, and there was this little girl, she must have been about a year, two years old. And she saw the dog and she ran straight towards the dog and grabbed its face with her two hands and kissed it and hugged it like it was a creature that she’d known all her life. And I thought wow, that’s the last thing I would do is put my face to a dog. As I have those fears of knowing that a dog has tried to bite me in the past. Of holding on to that. And as a child, you don’t have those experiences. And that is how we could live our lives free of holding on to those experiences of what we’ve had in the past. But to specifically point back to an experience that I’ve had. There are many. A specific one that springs to mind is of experiencing, seeing angels. And that was about four months ago.

Karin

Where were you? Where did you see angels?

Anthony

Where did I see them? Yeah. I saw them in my room. I was in Miami in a hotel, and I was on my own. I wasn’t high. No psychotropic drugs in the system. No, I wasn’t high. I just want to let the callers know, no, I don’t drink or smoke.

Karin

So what did they look like? What do angels look like?

Anthony

It’s difficult to describe. It’s an energy. It’s an energy, it’s a beautiful energy of white, of all the colors of the spectrum being merged into one. It’s an energy force.

Karin

So you didn’t actually see anything physically, but you felt something.

Anthony

Yeah, if I’m to be honest, yeah, I saw them with my mind’s eye.

Karin

Okay, because I’ve had the opposite experience where, as I was talking about my… I’m a great traveler, all Kiwis are, so I put on my backpack when I was 21 and I had some really crazy experiences out of body in Indonesia. And I was in a state of, I was very distraught, I was new to traveling and I was just not really mentally prepared for it and I was missing my boyfriend. So when we are in these very distressed states or not in a positive way of being, then we open ourselves to some of the lower astral influences. And I had a number of experiences where I was… it always happened in that state between when you’re awake and asleep. So it was even happening when I was sunbathing on the beach. You know, I’d go into that gray area where I was just about to fall asleep and an astral entity would invade, take over my body and I’d be completely paralyzed. But there was one night where I woke up outside of my body, I was literally looking down over my body and I saw a dark presence that was standing next to my body. And it was funny because the first thing I thought was, oh my God, I’m in the astral. This is wild. I wonder if I can go through the wall. And as I thought it, I went through the wall. It was mental, but the dark whatever it was dragged me back into the wall, into the room, and it started throwing me from side to side. But that was a direct physical experience of a lower astral entity. And you know, I experienced a lot of different things for many, many years after that. I haven’t in the last few years. The last time it happened to me, I was living in Rome. I was living next to the… Oh, what do you call it? Anyway, I had some very strange… What do you call it? It’s the round thing where they had they used to kill all of the animals. What do you call it? It’ll come back to me. The Colosseum. Oh my god, I can’t believe I forgot that. I was living next to the Colosseum and I had some strange minotaurs come and visit me at night. Wow. But that hasn’t happened since then. It’s just five years. But I guess I’m at a different place as well. So that’s where I was going with that. But I see we don’t really have a lot of time left. We’ve got about 10 minutes to go. And I wanted to read something from Ramtha. So it’s Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment. So you know, everywhere you look, it’s all around us. We see with different people putting on workshops, with bookstores and the different books that are being written, there’s just an abundance of spiritual literature. So we can’t deny the fact that things are changing, it’s really here, it’s presented itself. But this is a Ramtha is an entity that’s channeled through Jay Z Knight. And anyway, so I just wanted to read this little bit here and it’s about God or it’s about us, what we are. So in introducing it, Ramtha celebrates the individual. So here we go. He or she is the image of God, the duplicate of what the Father is. The essence that you are is that which is ongoing, ever evolving, ever changing, ever creating, ever being. You are thought, you are light, you are electrum, you are form. You are pure energy. Awesome power, pulsating emotion, sublime thought. That which you have perceived to be the highest level of intelligence, of power, dignity, holiness, and grace is that which is you. Who are you? You are the identifiable God.

Anthony

That was beautifully read Karin.

Karin

Oh, thank you. Thank you. It’s amazing, huh?

Anthony

And as one of the greats, one of my greatest idols once said, I am what I am. I is what I is. Popeye.

Karin

That’s wicked. And that totally relates to that.

Anthony

You know, I’ve got something that runs a little contrary to this though. It’s by the same channel. But when I read this, I felt really sad because I felt this for a long, long time. And it’s a little controversial, but I’m gonna read it all the same. And I think this is, it’s clear that this is could have happened with life. But here we go. I will tell you a great truth. Man has created images of God that he could use to control his brothers. Religions were created to control people. And nations and armies. Sorry, and when nations and armies failed, fear was the tool that kept them in line. If you take divinity out of any man, take God out of him, then you can easily rule and control him.

Karin

Wow.

Anthony

That was very apt. And it is just that. It’s about control. And it’s letting go of control and freeing ourselves. And stepping out of the matrix. And who’s ready to take that pill and go down the rabbit hole? Who’s ready to open their mind to expand? To realize that they can do anything they want and be whoever they want to be.

Karin

But is it as simple as that? As making a decision, or do we really need to spend years in a monastery? Do we have to, you know, be able to stick both of our legs behind our head? I mean, what does it take to wake up? What does it take, Anthony? What do you think?

Anthony

To wake up? Whatever it takes for everyone. Everybody’s different. There are some people that need to be hit by a double decker bus. There are some people that just need a butterfly to land on their fingertips. And there are some people that just need to see a child’s face light up when they look at them.

Karin

Can it really be that easy? Do you think?

Anthony

There are stages of waking up. It’s every day. It’s every moment. There isn’t a moment where we will experience waking up as such. It’s gradual steps. Mankind, evolution, we would be unable to receive all that information in one go, because it really is a great revelation to consciousness. To realize what’s on the other side. It really is something so extraordinary and so freeing that if it were to be shown to you in its wholeness, we would reject it as mankind, as it would seem so unattainable and so far from where we are now. And yet we are so close to it. We are it now.

Karin

That’s interesting because, you know, it is said that Spirit doesn’t make the same mistake twice. And when you think of, you know, some of the great leaders that have come through, and the first one that comes to mind is Jesus Christ, of course. And when he came through with this information, I mean he was horribly rejected. I mean, he was crucified. And so, you know, perhaps the way to do it today, in the spirit of spirit doesn’t make the same mistake twice, I mean maybe there are great leaders here amongst us that are really just, you know, like the urban Buddha. And oh my god, that just so reminds me of an experience that I had when I was at university in Australia. I was in Melbourne, and I was living in this huge warehouse with a lot of artists and whatever, and it was in a commercial zone. And across the road from us was this panel beater called Ted. He was this old guy, grey dreads, and so on. And we used to call him the urban Buddha. I mean he was one of the wisest people I’ve ever met, persons I should say I’ve ever met in my life. I mean he really was enlightened. He really did see life through different eyes. He was amazing. So I think that you know, there really is hope for us, if we want to be open to that. And the moment you invite spirit into your life and you make that commitment, then things start to happen.

Anthony

They do start to happen. It’s something that will naturally happen. It’s something that happens to us every day and yet we choose to ignore it. Or we tell other people and ourselves that it’s just something, oh don’t be so stupid or oh you know, that’s normal. And it is normal. And it is something that’s just happening to us. But it’s to be engaged. It’s to be accepted and it’s to be given gratitude for, because it’s a gift. And it’s a gift that we all have. And it’s to be looked upon as a miracle, and to be accepted. And we’re in this day and age, spirit doesn’t make the same mistake twice perhaps, but mankind does. And we’ve been living throughout history making the same mistakes over and over again. When are we going to learn that we have everything we need right here. And it is within us.

Karin

Exactly.

Anthony

When are we going to learn that? What is it going to take? How many more buses need to hit us? How many more butterflies need to land on our fingertips? How many more people need to die of starvation or be murdered or go through suffering for us to realize we don’t have to live that life anymore? There is another way to live. There is a free way to live.

Karin

But we’re living in a world that’s incredibly fearful. And unless that level of fear is removed, then it’s not going to happen anytime soon. There’s no trust. Everybody’s greedy. It’s a crazy world.

Anthony

It’s a crazy world and there are many crazy people. And that’s okay. What we can do, we can do so much, but we can start with ourselves. And listeners out there, you can start with yourselves. Because once we start with ourselves and realize our wholeness within us and give ourselves that complete love and compassion and forgiveness and become completely whole and recognize that we are divine and we are perfectly imperfect. And that we have everything we want and desire within us. That’s when we can give it to others.

Karin

That’s beautiful Anthony. And given that we’ve only got three minutes left, I think we should start to wrap it up now, but before we say goodbye to the listeners, I just wanted to talk a little bit about your life coaching. Because you know listeners, we all get a little lost sometimes and we can all do with a little, you know, a helping hand along the way, to be perfectly honest. I don’t know many fortunate people that I have been able to have some life coaching sessions with Anthony. And Anthony is quite a special guy, as you can hear from the dialogue we’ve just had. He’s quite psychic. So when you actually have these sessions with him, he’s somehow communicating with your higher self. So he’s giving you information that you already know, but you’re not able to dig out from the recesses of your conscious mind. So it’s like a life coaching session, but it’s a far more holistic process. And it’s really challenging, because he’s pointing out stuff that people can’t normally access. So I would really recommend that you contact Anthony. And I think we can give out your email address over the internet now.

Anthony

Yeah, sure. If you’d like to contact me about any further information on what I can offer, I am at Iam.soulpurpose@gmail.com.

Karin

Can you just repeat that slowly?

Anthony

Iam@soulpurpose@gmail.com.

Karin

So it’s Iam.soulpurpose@gmail.com.

Anthony

Got it. I got it.

Karin

Okay, so thanks so much Karin for everything. That was a wonderful conversation that we just had, and I hope the listeners got something from that tonight. And thank you for listening, have a wonderful Sunday evening, put your feet up and don’t worry about a thing because you’re doing a perfect job. All right, thanks for listening everybody. Good night.

Anthony

Thank you, good night.
